Natasha leads on the operational delivery of Sparkle, ensuring that all aspects of the charity are running effectively. Natasha has 10 years of experience in the Civil Service, working in a variety of project delivery and operational delivery roles. Natasha is also a Commissioned Officer in the British Army.
