Bertha strives to increase people’s resilience especially those that are socially excluded due to various social, political or economic inequalities. Bertha brings over 13 years leading the mainstreaming of gender equality and social inclusion to development and humanitarian actions especially in least/developing countries. She is proudly a Malawian (born and raised) and she is a global citizen who has worked with various organizations in Malawi, Denmark and South Korea.
