The Sparkle Foundation was established as a UAE-registered nonprofit organisation in 2021, under the Dubai Humanitarian (formerly known as International Humanitarian City) in Dubai. As Sparkle's community and impact in the UAE grows, the UAE Board of Directors is key in ensuring that our work here is in line with our mission and vision to create brighter futures in Malawi and beyond.

Join our growing UAE Board of Directors to provide guidance, oversight, and hands on support to The Sparkle Foundation management and staff in achieving the organisations' mission and vision. We are looking to fill three positions:

• Programme and Impact
