Auction Item Seeker

The Auction Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of the auction segment during the Sparkle Foundation's fundraising Gala in November 2024. This role will involve working closely with Gala partners and participants to manage the auction items and ensure a successful fundraising event.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential donors, businesses, and sponsors to secure donations for live and silent auction items.

Communicate the mission and goals of the Gala to potential donors, emphasising the impact of their contributions.

Collect and organise detailed item information, including donor acknowledgments and item descriptions, for use in auction materials and presentations.

Provide regular updates to the Gala organisers regarding secured items, potential leads, and donation statuses.
