Responsibilities

Record high-quality videos of the Gala's highlights, including speeches, performances, and key moments.

Collaborate with the Photography Coordinator and the event team to understand the videography plan and specific shots required.

Ensure that all captured videos align with the event's theme and purpose.

Provide post-production editing and compilation of video footage 

File, label, and edited selected videos a maximum of 2 weeks after the Gala. 

Compilate footage into a video that captures the essence of the event a maximum of 1 month after the Gala.

Time Commitment

The volunteer will be expected to commit approximately 2 hours per week to the role in the 1 month leading up to the gala, and 5 hours a week to the role in the 2 months following the gala. They must also be available on the night of the gala.
