Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photographs of the Gala's attendees, speakers, performances, and key moments.

Coordinate with the Photography Coordinator to understand the photography plan and specific shots required.

Ensure that all captured photographs align with the event's theme and purpose.

File, label, and edit selected photographs a maximum of 2 weeks after the Gala. 

Time Commitment

The volunteer will be expected to commit approximately 2 hours per week to the role in the 1 month leading up to the gala, and 5 hours a week to the role in the 1 month following the gala. They must also be available on the night of the gala.
