Responsibilities

Collaborate with the event planning team to understand the photography and videography requirements for the Gala.

Organise the team of photographers and videographers covering the event.

Develop a detailed photography and videography plan to ensure all key moments and activities are captured.

Coordinate with the venue staff to understand any photography restrictions and guidelines.

Oversee the execution of the photography and videography plan during the Gala.

Review and select the best photographs and videos for post-event use and documentation.

Time Commitment

The volunteer will be expected to commit approximately 3 hours per week to the role in the 2 months leading up to the gala, and 3 hours a week to the role in the 1 month following the gala. They must also be available on the night of the gala.
