Database Management Coordinator
The Database Management Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the organisation and utilisation of event-related data, ensuring efficient management of information for the Gala. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong database management skills.
Design and maintain an organised database system to manage guest lists, sponsor information, donor details, and other relevant data.
Regularly update and cleanse the database to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
Collaborate with the fundraising team to effectively track and manage donor communications, contributions, and acknowledgments.
Generate customised reports and lists from the database as needed by the Gala planning team.
Provide technical support and training to other volunteers or staff members involved in data entry and maintenance.
The volunteer will be expected to commit approximately 4 hours per week to the role in the 3 months leading up to the gala, 2 hours a week in the 1 month following the gala. They must also be available on the night of the gala.
