Responsibilities

Research and identify potential contributors, including local businesses, sponsors, and partners, who may be interested in providing items for the goody bags.

Reach out to potential contributors to introduce the Gala, explain the purpose of the goody bags, and request their support.

Negotiate with contributors to secure donations for items to be included in the goody bags, ensuring that they meet the event's quality standards.

Work with the Goody Bag Coordinator to gather information about the number of goody bags needed and any specific requirements or preferences for the items.

Maintain organised records of all communications, agreements, and contributions from contributors, including item descriptions, quantities, and delivery details.

Follow up with contributors to confirm item availability, coordinate pickup or delivery logistics, and ensure timely receipt of all contributions.

Assist with the assembly and packaging of goody bags, if necessary, to ensure that they are ready for distribution at the Gala.
