Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating various artworks and visual assets to promote the event, enhance its aesthetic appeal, and effectively communicate its message to the audience.
Designing digital and print materials including but not limited to:
- Event posters
- Invitations
- Social media graphics
- Banners
- Flyers
Collaborating with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all materials.
Ensuring that all designs are delivered in high-quality formats suitable for their respective purposes.
The volunteer will be expected to commit approximately 5 hours per week to the role in the 6 months leading up to the gala, and 2 hours a week to the role in the 1 month following the gala.
